The data recovery fee structure is as follows:
There are no costs (except for postage costs) if the
required data cannot be recovered.
The following data recovery costs are for single disk recoveries only.
For RAID data recoveries, please go to our RAID data
recovery page and call for quote.

Standard - average 3-4 days Your drive will be temporarily repaired or stabilised to a point where the data can be transferred to another media such as DVD or another drive. Data over 12Gb will be written to another drive. $990* |
Urgent - 24 hours Same as Standard, but it ensures that the drive is sent to the top of the job list. Results are mostly sent out within 24 hours (excluding weekends). (Some jobs by necessity will take longer than this, but the drive remains at the top of the queue) $1,320* |
Procedure:
1. Download authorisation form to complete and send with drive.
2. Pack the drive well (in accordance with our packing instructions)
3. Send drive to
Re-Source Hardware.

All data recovery services whether they are hard drive repairs, file undeletes, finding lost data, is carried out on site at our offices (except when you are notified by us in an email or by telephone) to ensure that there will be minimal damage to drives (both ours and yours).
The above costs are for single disk recoveries only. For RAID data recovery, please go to our RAID data recovery page and call for a quote.
We will then temporarily repair the drive and copy the recovered
files (data) to another medium. All recovered data
will be copied to DVD, CD or a hard disk drive of an appropriate
size . If you would
prefer to supply a hard drive for the data recovery,,
please include it in with the faulty drive to be recovered. We are
also able to supply
a drive on your behalf and add it to the invoice.
*70% of drives are repaired without having to open the drive. If the drive
needs to be opened and repaired in either our clean room environment or off
site, additional costs may apply . You will be informed
of
any
other charges
before they occur.
