PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE A DATA RECOVERY COMPANY WITH OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DATA RECOVERY, AND WE SPECIALISE ONLY IN DATA RECOVERY. MOST RECOVERIES WILL HAVE ONE CHANCE OF RECOVERY ONLY.

The data recovery fee structure is as follows:
There are no costs (except for postage costs) if the
required data cannot be recovered*.
The following data recovery costs are for single disk recoveries only. For RAID data recoveries, please go to our RAID data recovery page and call for quote.

Procedure:
1. Download authorisation form to complete and send with drive.
2. Pack the drive well (in accordance with our packing instructions)
3. Send drive to
Re-Source Hardware.

All data recovery services whether they are hard drive repairs, file undeletes, finding lost data, is carried out on site at our offices (except when you are notified by us in an email or by telephone) to ensure that there will be minimal damage to drives (both ours and yours).
The above costs are for single disk recoveries only. For RAID data recovery, please go to our RAID data recovery page and call for a quote.
We will then temporarily repair the drive and copy the
recovered files (data) to another medium. All recovered
data will be copied to DVD, CD or a hard disk drive of an
appropriate size . If you would prefer to supply a hard
drive for the data recovery,, please include it in with
the faulty drive to be recovered. We are also able to
supply a drive on your behalf and add it to the invoice.
*Due to the riding cost of parts, we will charge a nominal
fee of $200 prior to working on the drive. This will be
non refundable and returned if the data is recoverable and
the job goes ahead.
**This pricing only for drives that do not require a cleanroom ($1,650)
