4Gb and over: $399.00 if recoverable.

If you are after recovery of your memory stick, please do the following:

1. Fill out our client authorisation form.

2. Wrap the USB flash drive in bubble wrap or similar.

3. Send the form and stick to the the address on the bottom of the authorisation form.
